Lower Hurst Farm Shop
The shop is open every Friday from 10am to 4pm.
The shop sells the organic produce from the farm. This includes the traditionally hung pedigree Hereford beef from our own herd and Texel cross lamb from the farm's flock.
Both the beef and lamb are fresh (lamb when in season) and are individually butchered in the shop.
New season's lamb is now available at £75 for half a lamb - it can be supplied either fresh or frozen. Included are a leg joint and shoulder, either whole or cut in two, 4 leg steaks, a rack of lamb, 6 loin chops, breast of lamb and kidney.
Specialities include rolled sirloins of beef, beef from 3 and 4 year old heifers (as favoured in France) and a range of French cuts such as bavette, poire and araignee.
Most cuts are also available frozen from our own freezers.

Please telephone the butchery on 01298 84900 between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday to discuss your order with our butcher, Dave Broadhurst. Orders may be collected from the shop on Fridays, or at other times by prior arrangement.
We offer free delivery if you live within the Sheffield, Derby, Buxton or Ashbourne areas. We also have a next day mail order service to all other areas of the UK.
